Descripció i   Metodologia:   This course deals with CLIL. It is intended for teachers who want to teach non-linguistic content through a foreign language. It is also for teachers who wish to engage with pedagogic issues, including strategies, techniques and resources for introducing and developing the approach in their classrooms.
Today, there is much concern in our society to provide youngsters with a foreign language effectively. It is broadly perceived that, though students spend many hours trying to learn a particular foreign language, they are unable to use it in real-life situations at the end of their compulsory studies. CLIL tries to bridge this gap between language lessons and real life by placing youngsters in an environment where the foreign language appears naturally in context.
  
Objectius    To introduce the CLIL theoretical and practical framework
 To share and analyse CLIL planning examples
 To advise and guide the CLIL units design and development
 To foster a CLIL effective implementation adding resources and teaching repertoire
 To state some of the acquired concepts explicitly in some tasks
  
Continguts   The course is divided into 6 modules, with several practices. The modules have been designed with a special care to balance the theoretical and practical aspects of CLIL; using CLIL to learn CLIL. These are the modules:
 M1: What is CLIL?
 M2: Language and Content
 M3: Cognition and Culture
 M4: Sequencing and Auditing Activities
 M5: Assessment in CLIL
 M6: CLIL in Practice
  
Observacions   Aquest curs es fa des de la plataforma Odissea de la pàgina Xtec.
Aquest curs semi-presencial comença el dia 6 de febrer de 2018 i acaba el 31 de maig de 2018. El calendari correspon només a les sessions presencials.

Avaluació   Participants will be required to do a task or tasks per module related to the module content. Tasks must be uploaded in Odissea. All tasks must be completed to obtain the course certificate.
  
Requisits de  certificació   1.Minimum attendance: 80% of face to face hours.

Persones  destinatàries   Primary, ESO and Batxillerat teachers who hold a B2 or above certificate in English.
Requisits:
1. Disposar d'usuari XTEC actiu.
2. Haver certificat les activitats de formació adjudicades durant aquest curs acadèmic i l'anterior.
Criteris específics d’adjudicació. Les sol•licituds admeses s'ordenaran en funció de:
1.Nivell de llengua C2,C1, B2.
Si les acreditacions d’especialitat i/o nivell de llengua (C2,C1 o B2) requerides a la convocatòria no consten a l’ATRI, caldrà omplir aquest FORMULARI dins del període de sol•licitud.
